Bug - Exact cash not correct
When giving correct amounts of cash, the game has repeatedly told me I only gave some amount, to my confusion. It is a usd quest and I'm giving exact usd but it will say I only gave a portion. This is notably the quest before the tanks blow and then the one after.

While I was doing a quest, I had a similar issue where I gave the exact amount. Still, it says I'm not giving the full amount, so I tried to put 1 stack of bills at a time into the box the quest asks to see if I get a weird percentage and notice one of the stacks was giving a bizarre percentage, so I checked each bill individually, and the scanner says they have ink stains, so i tried to clean them with the sponge and still it says those bills have ink on them.

JacquiI am having a similar problem and it's not the first time.
Normally, the requested amount is about 95-99% of the amount "needed".
