UV lights randomly don't work if 6 or more are purchased

After purchasing around 6 UV lights all future purchased lights will no longer work, it will also randomize which lights work when you re open the game with more than that amount of UV lights. This can also cause the UV light on the workbench to no longer work when you re load the game with too many lights on the map. Verifying game files and starting a new game will not fix these issues.
