  I have the same issue, i lost like 50.000, when i count the money, drop on table. and it falls throught the table and floor. and its gone.

  I'm worried this may not be limited to money as I've lost a table with the money counter XXL on it, only things left are money packs wich were on the table and when picking them up some either dissappear outright or start ignoring collisions and fall through everything in their way when dropped.
  I've tried putting a box under the table hoping to at least catch the "escaping" packs but to no avail.

  I've noticed a bug where my money fall through the floor.
  
  After some test, i found that the bug happend after burning a counting machine.
  
  hope that will help you to solve that bug.
  
  P.S : for people like me that like to get rid of old stuff, If you want to burn a counting machine just save and quit after burning it then reload your save and Ta-Da the money won't fall though the floor anymore (at least it work for me) hope that help people !

  I also have the problem. Mine is extremely reproducible and severe at the moment. I have packs disappearing every time I drop 2 or more stacks together. To test it, I picked up roughly 10 packs and kept dropping them until I was down to only one left. It took less than a minute.
  I can submit saves and videos. Just let me know what format you'd like it in. The game is otherwise pretty unplayable like this.

  Sent the save, two videos, and a dxdiag via email.
  I also grabbed this frame of one of the videos showing one of the stacks actively falling through the box as it passes through the floor. Bye stack!

  I did some further testing on my case. If I pick up a single stack normally, then the rest with F, the issue doesn't occur. However, if I pick up two normally, then the rest with F, it does occur. So whatever is occurring seems to require picking up two stacks without using F before it will happen.
  There was one attempt where I managed to get out of my broken state, but it happened again when I tried loading 20 sorted stacks into the pneumatic tube. One didn't fit and fell through the floor, returning me to the bugged state. However, I wasn't able to reproduce this again.

  I also want to add to @Orions post and concur that this same thing happened to me, I incinerated the basic money counter and the problem started right afterwards. If I tried to drop money, it will proceed to fall through the floor and through any objects that you may try to place it on. Saving and reloading the save fixes the issue.

  Im in the same boat was doing my first encounter with Euros. Bought a Large Euro Sorter. I then incinerated the basic counter. then noticed 3 of the 10 stacks of 50 Euros went right through the pallet and through the floor. Next, the Large Euro Sorter doesnt stop when it reaches its 100 bill count. It just continuously pours cash on the floor once a strap is ready to made

  I had this bug too, quitting and restarting fixed it. Lost 10 bundles of $50.
  
  How about just adding a check if anything falls below a certain height, it gets funneled back to the drop point.

  Basicly it happens when i have 4 tables align next to each other and have packed stappen bills fully full hand of all kind. Like 10 dollar bills fully stapped fully hand full of those strapped placed on te table and like also with 20 and 50 and 100 and on a different table the euro's and on a different table the Japanse stuff. Everthing strapped. Then the bug appears when i take new straps from the counting machine and place that stack on the fully hand snacks on te table. It falls right through the ground.
  
  Also i notice this happens only when strapped bills are moving constanly, probably the physics of the tables so close together make this bug appear.
  
  It does noy happen when i only use 1 table

  I had this happen in my game a few times as well. It seems like when I pick items up from the workbench and sometimes even when stacking them, they disappear. I find that it generally happens when items are near the front opening. I think the items might be hitting the collider and flying off. I've tried looking around the area outside and nothing. I think I've gone in every hole that drops you through the money drop thing. The player seems to be set to respawn if it goes below a certain axis, but when our money does, we're out of luck.
  
  Additionally, I'm pretty sure I lost the 4th art bill thanks to the table, as well. I presume if it's sent in a package, the game will provide it again. No such luck if it just warps away from the play area. Not sure what fix I would recommend, since you wouldn't want to make every bill check it's location periodically. A giant hitbox below the map that catches fallen objects and sends them back to the money drop spot when a collision is detected?

  I've experienced taped cash bundles and individual bill/s being pushed trough table & shelf surfaces multiple times every session.
  Individual bills & bundles can merge with a table or workbench, not being visible untill mouse pointer hovers over it, assuming you notice it at all.
  Then can then drop trough the surface seemingly at random.
  If you don't notice it:
  Used to store valid & unmarked bills on a pallet below the table surface, while working through marked & counterfeit bills on top of the table.
  Realized I stopped getting the "No marked money" reward, chalked it up to carelessness but it kept happening. Went insane trying to figure out why.

  While I was cleaning a huge pile of ink-stained banknotes on the workbench, after using the 'F' key to pick up and put down, only a few banknotes were left from the large pile.

  This happened to me. took a huge stack of cash out the industrial washer and then it just dissipated into oblivion. I tried restarting and its still gone.

  PS5 XXL Money counter, after packing and picking up the money, seems like the Money counter doesn't register that the packed money is gone and gets stuck in limbo. When you drop the money itll faze out the bottom of the world. Waiting a couple seconds before picking up the pack money seems to help

  I have the same problem. I take the money out and the machine freezes. When i put the money down, it flies through all objects and respawns in the middle, only to fly again through the map. Sometimes restarting the game helps, but some of my machines are permanently broken. The game is no longer playable. Please fix it.
