  No, you're correct. I had this happen with the second mission of the game, where it asks for 150 bills. I gave them 150 tens, and it registered only as 120 bills. Marked money wasn't introduced then either. My partner has had the same thing happen often as well.

  Had the same thing happen to me, It was also with bills that I manually sorted out the marked bills.
  Could've been user error, but unlikely the main reason with the amount it registered, or didn't register, that I put In.
  Only happens with YEN missions as well.

  I got the exact same bug multiple times, with different missions and different bills. It happened with both dollars and euros. I double-checked (or even triple-checked) every time, and I did not use marked bills or counterfeit money, not even bills with ink stains or dirty ones. I checked for marked or counterfeit bills using the Marked Bills Counter and the Money Counter XXL, not by hand.

  same here, yesterday it happened with euros, the misson called for not ink stained and no marked money, I double checked all the money in the marked money sorting machines, then checked it for fake ones, and scanned it for ink stained, it still was registering as 99.something%. Not the first time it happened, I even uninstalled the game, which sucks because I really like it, but I can't stand this bs
