Item snapping/Grid snapping
Would be nice to be able to have a (maybe toggleable) snap to grid for things. Sometimes placing things on shelves and tables can be really finicky or even getting good placement of things like washers and dryers. (its a lot of aiming and hoping it goes where you want it). I think having a snap to grid would help that.

Cereal Mergedtrying to place objects like the XXl counter is impossible to line up with other items, like the table you are trying to place it on. You may have lined the boxes up nicely in the warehouse area, but try doing that with mouse and keyboard, it's impossible.

Billsthename MergedI would like us to be able to use the mouse wheel to place items farther or closer to the player. Right now it's hard to tell where I'm placing large items like pallets, tables, and the xl money sorter because they take up so much of my screen space. I just want to know if I'm placing stuff on the edge of tables or not. I am sort of thinking how they do it in R.E.P.O.

KylaPleeassseee add this! As someone who is very organized and loves to have everything just right, I can't stand how messy everything is. I try so hard to put bags nicely on shelves but it isn't easy. I end up burning useful bags because they just add to the mess haha. And I have to just have stacks of cash lying on tables which get knocked over (since you can't take one out of a box). I just want things neat and tidy!! I long for the shelves to be functional for any items, and the tables as well.

The most useful feature in every game and they are totally ignoring it.
